What you will do

  • Own and exceed sales quotas through Value-Added Reseller (VAR) partners.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase market penetration and distribution.
  • Manage the full deal lifecycle, including registration, conflict resolution, and opportunity progression.
  • Train and enable partner sales teams on solution positioning and joint go-to-market execution.
  • Maintain CRM excellence in Salesforce for accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
  • Build executive-level relationships within partner organizations to drive strategic value.

Requirements

  • Proven success in channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales models, preferably in SaaS, telecom, or compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale VAR partnerships and drive partner-led revenue growth.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-Suite leaders.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, negotiations, and partner agreements.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and pipeline management best practices.
  • Must be based in the United States.
