What you will do
- Own and exceed sales quotas through Value-Added Reseller (VAR) partners.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase market penetration and distribution.
- Manage the full deal lifecycle, including registration, conflict resolution, and opportunity progression.
- Train and enable partner sales teams on solution positioning and joint go-to-market execution.
- Maintain CRM excellence in Salesforce for accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
- Build executive-level relationships within partner organizations to drive strategic value.
Requirements
- Proven success in channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales models, preferably in SaaS, telecom, or compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to scale VAR partnerships and drive partner-led revenue growth.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-Suite leaders.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, negotiations, and partner agreements.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and pipeline management best practices.
- Must be based in the United States.
