What you will do
- Build and maintain the Source of Truth for SaaS revenue metrics including ARR, NRR, and Gross Retention with GAAP rigor.
- Lead revenue planning and forecasting from monthly rolls to 3-year strategic plans using Adaptive Planning.
- Design sales commission plans with SVP of Sales, modeling behaviors to align with P&L and cash flow goals.
- Prepare executive and Board reporting, translating sales funnel data into performance narratives.
- Own the full Sales P&L, managing expense budgets for headcount, marketing, and travel impacting EBITDA.
- Partner with Sales Ops to integrate financial guardrails with operational data from Salesforce to General Ledger.
- Define and track sales KPIs like productivity, quota attainment, and cost-to-acquire for margin expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years in FP&A or Sales Finance with SaaS revenue recognition and sales funnel expertise.
- Deep hands-on experience building models in Adaptive Planning (or Anaplan/Planful).
- Proven ability to model sales incentives with what-if scenarios for accelerators, caps, and tiers.
- Expertise in SaaS metrics (LTV/CAC, Magic Number, Retention Cohorts).
- Strong executive presence for presenting to SVP/CFO and ensuring data integrity across Finance and Sales.
