What you will do

• Manage high-volume commission data inputs, credit rules, SPIFFs, and exceptions with proper approvals.
• Perform end-to-end commission process reviews, calculations, customizations, and system integrations.
• Generate and distribute monthly commission statements and process payments aligned with payroll.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Finance for data accuracy.
• Resolve inquiries, disputes, provide training, and conduct variance analysis.
• Post monthly accruals in NetSuite and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in commissions analysis, sales compensation, FP&A, or related finance/operations role.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Experience with CaptivateIQ or similar commission software strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for large datasets, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Cross-functional collaboration and clear communication of commission structures.
