What you will do

• Serve as the primary finance partner to Partner Sales and Specialist Sales leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales Compensation and HR on plan design and in-year changes for partner and specialist roles.
• Evaluate partner incentives such as rebates, MDF, and SPIFFs to align spend with incremental impact and margin.
• Build ROI and payback models to guide partner program and specialist headcount investments.
• Establish partner attribution and incrementality measurement to reflect true partner impact.
• Develop scalable reporting with consistent KPIs using Salesforce, Databricks, and Tableau/Power BI.

Requirements

• 10+ years in FP&A, GTM finance, or strategic finance supporting enterprise SaaS or subscription businesses.
• Expertise in structured problem solving and complex financial modeling (ROI, scenarios, sensitivities).
• Experience sizing and measuring incentive economics (rebates, MDF, SPIFFs, commissions).
• Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, Tableau/Power BI, and Databricks (SQL is a plus).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
