Location: Remote from Ireland, the UK, Germany, Spain, or Portugal. Hybrid/Onsite options available in Madrid, Cologne, Berlin, and Munich.

What you will do
- Run the end-to-end monthly commission cycle, including calculations, validation, and payout files.
- Administer plan logic in Salesforce Spiff, managing quota uploads and accelerator/SPIF logic.
- Handle commission accruals, variance analysis, and reporting for Finance and investors.
- Collaborate with the CRO and RevOps to design, model, and stress-test annual compensation plans.
- Act as the primary contact for rep inquiries and resolve commission disputes.
- Build performance dashboards to analyze attainment, payout ratios, and plan effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commission management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in commission platforms (e.g., Spiff, CaptivateIQ, Everstage, or QuotaPath).
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets for complex reconciliations.
- Strong Salesforce literacy for reporting and data extraction.
- Experience managing multi-component plans (accelerators, MBOs, clawbacks).
- Fluent English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Background in FP&A or Sales Finance.
- Experience in HR Controlling.
- Direct exposure to compensation plan design.
- SQL skills or experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
