What you will do

• Develop and implement customized digital strategies to redefine client operations and value delivery through effective technologies.
• Manage large-scale transformation programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives to provide strategic insights and influence decision-making processes for transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate technology implementation and change management across organizations to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of practitioners on multiple pursuits and projects within a matrix environment.
• Identify gaps between business needs and technology strategy to design end-to-end digital and innovation programs.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in IT Management Consulting with global firms (e.g., Big 4 or SIs).
• Demonstrated experience creating and executing digital/technology-oriented client transformation programs.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder influencing skills, with the ability to operate in a matrix organization.
• Understanding of modern engineering principles, including Agile, Cloud-native, DevOps, and SRE.
• Knowledge of leading technology platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and AI/data analytics.
• Must be based in or near Austin, TX.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in Financial Services, Consumer, Travel, Media, Communications, Energy, or Healthcare.
• Experience in the Construction industry.
• Advanced degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Professional certifications: PMP, TOGAF, SAFe, AWS/Microsoft/GCP, or ITIL.
