What you will do
- Drive high-priority transformation initiatives from concept through execution to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear ownership and outcomes.
- Maintain the weekly execution drumbeat across transformation workstreams to ensure consistent progress.
- Partner with workstream leads and cross-functional teams to align priorities and unblock critical issues.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks and dependencies to keep initiatives on track.
- Track progress against key milestones and value targets to ensure financial and operational impact.
Requirements
- Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
- Fluency in English as a working language is required.
- Strong structured problem-solving skills to connect strategy to execution.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- Ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Strong business acumen and executive-level communication skills.
Nice to have
- 2-4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or business operations.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise-wide transformation programs.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or other high-growth technology-driven environments.
