Salary: $127,600 – $180,290 plus bonus

What you will do

• Guide cross-functional teams through complex business transformation programs.
• Partner with Product, Finance, IT, Sales, and Engineering to lead initiatives and drive broad business outcomes.
• Design and execute operational plans aligned with company objectives while identifying gaps and managing risks.
• Lead change management efforts and define KPIs to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement world-class PMO standards across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program/project management, leading change across multiple functions.
• Proven track record of building and leading programs and projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and cloud-based solutions, including Salesforce.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MBA or PMP certification preferred.
