Senior Production Manager (Live Events)

Location: Las Vegas, NV, USA (onsite in open concept office, travel to event sites required, US work authorization required without sponsorship)

What you will do

• Align with Sr. Director on company goals to manage Vibee strategy and event lineup.
• Develop departmental structure including SOPs, workshops, and templates to train the team.
• Own event budgets from planning and approvals to tracking and reporting for spend efficiency.
• Guide Project Managers and Coordinators in timelines, progress tracking, and stakeholder updates.
• Drive concept ideation integrating creative, strategic, and guest-first approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage agencies for production coordination, permitting, and execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years leading large-scale live event production, conventions, music festivals, or brand activations
• Minimum 5 years managing a team of 5+ members
• Strong background in project management, event planning, production, logistics, and agency/vendor management
• Proven expertise in budget ownership for large budgets
• Fluent in English
• BS in Event Management, Live Entertainment, Hospitality, Music Business, Marketing, or Communications
• Skilled in cross-functional leadership and handling multiple overlapping projects

Nice to have

• Experience in Talent Relations or B2B2C sales/development
• PMI/PMP Certification
• Spanish language skills
• Familiarity with Asana, Airtable, and Creative Asset Management systems
