What you will do

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closing for large-scale AVE projects, ensuring they are on time and on budget.
• Manage daily project communications, scheduling, and deliverables from engineering, CAD, and programming teams.
• Act as the primary interface to the client to manage expectations and maintain long-term relationships.
• Monitor labor, equipment, and materials budgets to ensure profitability and accurate billing.
• Perform field verification of work sites and coordinate with subcontractors and other trades.
• Mentor other project managers within the company.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a project manager in commercial construction trades and settings.
• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• AVIXA CTS certification.
• Deep knowledge and experience with audio/video systems and low voltage electrical projects.
• Associates/Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for frequent local travel (70-90% of the role).
