Location: Hybrid (Must work from HQ in Irving, TX)

What you will do
- Manage event logistics including food and beverage selections, AV requirements, timelines, and room diagrams.
- Oversee meeting space assignment, ancillary requests, and catering orders for the Expo.
- Coordinate onsite setup and breakdown for general sessions, breakout rooms, and show floor activations.
- Assist in budget development and expense tracking to ensure financial alignment.
- Maintain and track critical deadlines to ensure all key event milestones are met.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in event management.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the HQ location in Irving, TX.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel (10-25%) for key events and site visits.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting event equipment and prolonged standing.
