Project Manager (WRSTBND): Determine and define event project scopes, objectives, and budgets within client parameters with an accent on seamless integration of RFID/NFC hardware, edge computing, and real-time transactions. Location: New Orleans, LA. Ability to travel up to 25% and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays as needed. Employer does not offer work visa sponsorship.

Salary: $65,000-$75,000

What you will do

• Define event project scopes, objectives, and budgets based on client and sales input.
• Collaborate directly with clients to exceed requirements and expectations.
• Provide proactive communication to clients, sales, operations, and logistics teams.
• Coordinate with technical team for integrations, upgrades, and feature testing.
• Support events onsite, resolve issues professionally, and measure performance for improvements.

Requirements

• 5-8 years managing complex projects or events (live events, ticketing, show operations preferred)
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communication with clients, teams, and vendors
• Ability to work independently with strategic judgment
• Problem-solving creatively and self-starter mindset
• Flexible hours (daytime, evenings, weekends, holidays) and up to 25% travel
