Salary: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain day-to-day flow of design projects for festivals and branded shows, documenting changes and revisions.
• Interface with cross-functional teams including marketing, media, video, internal PR, and social teams.
• Delegate tasks via Asana and coordinate with Project and Creative Managers.
• Monitor creative development, troubleshoot issues, and create contingency plans.
• Coordinate kick-off meetings and secure approvals on communication materials.
• QA design and development edits prior to routing to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an interactive agency, ideally in Music Festival Marketing or the Entertainment Industry.
• Working knowledge of design, print, web, video, and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, MS Project, or Basecamp.
• Must possess US work authorization without requiring sponsorship for a visa.
• Passion for Electronic Dance Music.
• Ability to travel to events and work evenings and weekends as needed.
