Salary: $145,000 – $200,000

What you will do

• Lead design across all marketing and sales channels, including website, social media, email, and events.
• Own and evolve the hirify.global design system to ensure brand consistency across all assets.
• Manage and update the website, overseeing the transition to Sanity or a similar web builder.
• Create visual assets for demand generation campaigns, thought leadership, and presentation decks.
• Partner with Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to align design with revenue goals.
• Develop scalable templates for slides, one-pagers, and case studies.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of design experience in a B2B software space.
• Experience with Sanity or a similar web builder.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across web, digital, and marketing design.
• Proven experience developing and managing scalable design systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities on tight timelines and collaborate cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Experience working with early-stage Series A/B startups.
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Prior experience in the AI or Legal Tech space.
• Skills in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design.
