UX Designer (SaaS)

Location: Remote (US). Must be a US Citizen; expected to travel to Knoxville, TN approximately once a quarter.

What you will do

• Own the user interface design, user flows, and interaction patterns across all product features.
• Develop and evolve the design language, design system, and component libraries to ensure scalability.
• Create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design intent.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate business goals into cohesive designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing directly with customers to inform data-driven design decisions.
• Ensure responsive and accessible design as the platform matures.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, ideally in B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes (wireframes, prototypes, visual design).
• Experience with user research methodologies and information architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of compliance, governance, or regulated industries.
• Experience automating tasks using AI.
• Basic understanding of web accessibility (WCAG standards).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or basic development concepts.
• Experience building or leading a design team at a startup or high-growth company.
