Salary: $204,000–$228,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for major surfaces of hirify.global’s website, from strategy to final execution.
• Create scalable interaction models and information architecture for pages and campaigns.
• Develop and evolve design systems, prototypes, and tooling to improve team velocity.
• Write production code that powers hirify.global.com.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Brand, and Product to align on tradeoffs.
• Mentor other designers through critique and the establishment of repeatable patterns.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in agency or in-house environments with a leadership track record.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating design strategy, craft leadership, and shipped outcomes.
• Ability to turn ambiguous prompts into clear direction and measurable results.
• Strong systems thinking for defining scalable patterns across a large site.
• Deep commitment to typographic excellence and minute detail.
• Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid schedule.
