TL;DR
Senior UX Designer (AI): Design thoughtful user experiences that simplify complexities of broker and brokerage operations with an accent on AI-native design, agentic AI experiences, and rapid prototyping. Focus on conducting user research, defining interaction patterns with intelligent systems, and shipping scalable workflows for CRE SaaS products.
Location: Fully remote open across most of the US. Annual all-company kickoff requires travel.
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000

What you will do
- Design and ship thoughtful UX for broker operations and new products shaping commercial real estate.
- Leverage AI-native tools like Cursor, Figma Make, Claude to prototype concepts rapidly.
- Define agentic AI experiences and patterns for brokers working with intelligent systems.
- Collaborate with PMs, developers, stakeholders, and customers to define product vision and conduct UX research.
- Be the voice-of-the-customer, communicate design decisions, and build user empathy.
- Create diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and handoff to developers while maintaining personas.
Requirements
- 5+ years UX/UI or product design experience with strong portfolio showing design process
- Demonstrated use of AI-native tools (Claude, Cursor, v0, Figma Make) to accelerate prototyping and validation.
- Experience designing and shipping agentic AI experiences solving customer problems.
- SaaS product portfolio and new product introduction experience.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, Figma fluency, sketching, whiteboarding, and UX methodologies.
- Comfortable with user research, design sprints, workshops, and direct customer interactions.
