What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of clinical user journeys and pain points to improve the MID platform.
• Evolve and define UX principles, frameworks, and best practices for the product.
• Collaborate with product, clinical operations, and engineering teams to gather feedback and implement features.
• Utilize AI-native workflows and tools like Claude Code for rapid prototyping and implementation-ready designs.
• Conduct primary research with end users to identify high-impact problems and opportunities for investment.
• Stay current with industry trends to drive ongoing innovation in healthcare SaaS.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (required for benefits eligibility).
• 2+ years of professional product/UX design experience.
• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows or data-heavy applications.
• Proficiency in Claude Code or similar AI-assisted design/implementation tools.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating critical thinking in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Experience with pharmacy management systems or EHRs is strongly preferred.
