TL;DR

Location: Remote, U.S. based

Salary: $120,000–$140,000

What you will do

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define innovative solutions for product direction and visuals.
  • Execute all visual design stages from initial concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Create high-fidelity composites, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
  • Design, build, and govern the comprehensive company Design System.
  • Lead accessibility efforts and ensure compliance with evolving WCAG standards.
  • Vet and establish best practices for emerging AI design tools.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of UI/UX experience.
  • Experience in designing Healthcare IT.
  • Deep understanding of web technologies and WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating the design process and business cases for design decisions.
  • Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Must be based in the United States.

  • Strong understanding of emerging AI design tools.
