What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of clinical user journeys and pain points to improve the platform.
• Evolve and define UX principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Conduct primary research with end users to identify key problems and focus areas.
• Create quick, effective prototypes leveraging AI to accelerate the feedback loop.
• Collaborate with product, clinical operations, and engineering teams to ensure quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional product/UX design experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows for data-heavy applications or operational tools.
• Extreme proficiency in Claude Code or similar AI tools for implementation-ready designs.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating critical thinking within ambiguous problem spaces.
• Experience with pharmacy management systems, EHRs, or healthcare SaaS strongly preferred.
• Startup mindset with the ability to navigate shifting priorities and move quickly.
