What you will do

• Lead the architecture and production deployment of next-generation AI agents.
• Drive technical strategy for the AI agent platform to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Conduct complex code reviews and system design evaluations.
• Identify and resolve technical debt and architectural bottlenecks within the agent infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, focusing on large-scale distributed systems or AI/ML infrastructure.
• Expert proficiency in Python, C++, Java, or Kotlin.
• Extensive experience designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML models or intelligent agents.
• Proven technical leadership in complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a quantitative field.
• Deep expertise in Reinforcement Learning, Multi-Agent Systems, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in high-performance Android development.
• Strong portfolio of open-source contributions or relevant publications.
