Salary: $104,000 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

• Design agent-facing knowledge architecture, including chunking strategies and retrieval optimization for humans and AI.
• Lead cross-functional knowledge programs with product, engineering, and operations stakeholders.
• Build and manage AI workforce agents to automate content audits, metadata enrichment, and triage workflows.
• Define authoring standards for high-precision AI retrieval and human readability.
• Analyze escalation patterns and conversation logs to identify and fill knowledge gaps.
• Mentor team members on AI-aware authoring and knowledge management practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years in knowledge management, information architecture, or technical writing.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with RAG-based AI systems, including chunking and hallucination reduction.
• Fluency with leading LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and concepts like chain-of-thought prompting and vector search.
• Experience building automated workflows or prompt chains to scale operational tasks.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Nashville, TN.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zendesk or Salesforce knowledge bases.
• Background in support operations or conversation design.
