What you will do

• Develop multi-agent frameworks and tools to enable spec-driven development and context-aware code generation.
• Design and deploy agentic flows to automate root cause analysis and triage workflows.
• Create specialized agents for perception debugging to accelerate troubleshooting of driving behaviors.
• Develop data pipelines and evaluation strategies to productionize LLMs and agentic solutions.
• Partner with internal engineering teams to integrate DevAI tools into their workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying multi-agent frameworks and agentic AI systems.
• Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering and RAG.
• Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Proficiency in architecting and delivering complex, large-scale software systems.

Nice to have

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field with an AI/ML focus.
• Experience developing AI-powered tools specifically for software engineering.
• Deep understanding of AI model fine-tuning and advanced AI architectures.
