What you will do

• Develop multi-agent frameworks and tools for spec-driven development and context-aware code generation to optimize the Inner Loop.
• Design and deploy agentic flows to automate complex engineering tasks, including root cause analysis and triage workflows.
• Create specialized agents for perception debugging to accelerate troubleshooting of driving behaviors in real-world and simulation data.
• Develop data pipelines and evaluation strategies to productionize state-of-the-art LLMs and agentic solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive the adoption of novel DevAI tools.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying multi-agent frameworks and agentic AI systems.
• Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycles (SDLC) and spec-driven development.
• Proficiency in architecting and delivering complex, large-scale software systems.
• Experience leading technical work across multiple interdependent teams.

Nice to have

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
• Experience developing AI-powered tools specifically for software engineering.
