Salary: $251,000—$310,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop multi-agent frameworks for spec-driven development and context-aware code generation to accelerate the "Inner Loop".
• Design agentic flows to automate complex engineering tasks, including root cause analysis and automated triage workflows.
• Create specialized perception debugging agents to troubleshoot complex driving behaviors in real-world and simulation environments.
• Develop data pipelines and evaluation strategies to deploy state-of-the-art LLMs and agentic solutions into production.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to drive the adoption of novel DevAI tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying multi-agent frameworks and agentic AI systems.
• Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Deep understanding of modern SDLC and a track record of utilizing spec-driven development methodologies.
• Proficiency in architecting and delivering complex, large-scale software systems.
• Must be based in the US and able to follow a hybrid work schedule in CA or NY.

Nice to have

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field with an AI/ML focus.
• Experience specifically developing AI-powered tools for software engineering.
• Deep knowledge of AI fine-tuning and modern AI architectures.
