What you will do

• Build and manage technical relationships with assigned Partners and the hirify.global Partner Account Team.
• Drive incremental revenue by supporting strategic partner Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
• Deliver technical training sessions, including feature demos and best practice guidance.
• Gather and translate partner feedback to help steer the hirify.global product roadmap.
• Act as a trusted advisor for IAM-related inquiries and provide assistance with RFIs.
• Travel up to 25% in support of partner and industry events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing hirify.global Workforce or Customer Identity.
• Deep understanding of the IAM / IDaaS competitive landscape.
• Proficiency in network security protocols (OAuth, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP, OIDC).
• Experience with cloud computing environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Technical knowledge in web, mobile, or backend development (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
