What you will do

• Exceed partner revenue goals regarding partner sourced, influenced, and pipeline generation.
• Build and execute the partner territory plan for the region, focusing primarily on resellers and key system integrators.
• Drive partner engagement through business governance layers, including regular cadences, QBRs, and executive touchpoints.
• Oversee the development of sales and technical skills within the partner ecosystem via a structured enablement approach.
• Lead the delivery of joint marketing campaigns and field engagement to generate regional pipeline.
• Establish executive relationships with partner leadership and align internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Requirements

• 10+ years of extensive experience growing resellers, SIs, tech alliances, and cloud partners in ASEAN.
• Proven track record of leading the end-to-end partner maturity lifecycle from recruitment to scale.
• Strong communication skills to bridge goals between partners and vendors.
• Problem-solving mindset with experience leading diverse teams, including partner sales engineering and marketing.
• Must be based in Singapore
