• Own and execute critical territory and account plans to exceed multi-million dollar sales targets.
• Lead C-suite engagements with CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs through executive sponsorship programs.
• Manage and close complex, transformative platform opportunities by leading virtual cross-functional teams.
• Map hirify.global’s product ecosystem to customer Enterprise Architecture across business, data, applications, and technology pillars.
• Drive organizational efficiency by defining team goals and providing feedback to enhance company-wide performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience selling complex, multi-million dollar B2B technology solutions.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas and closing transformative platform deals.
• Expert-level knowledge of the security landscape and enterprise architecture.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Los Angeles, CA.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel extensively to engage with key customers and leadership.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced technical degree.
• Proficiency in MEDDPICC and advanced BI platforms such as Salesforce and Tableau.
