What you will do

• Overhaul existing customer communications across CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy to shift from functional to relationship-driven messaging.
• Define the brand's personality and voice across all organic surfaces in partnership with the CEO.
• Personally write email campaigns, draft in-app tooltips, and engage with the community on platforms like Reddit.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to build trust and drive long-tail conversion.
• Expand the brand's reach by producing creative organic content for social media to build brand affinity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative marketing with a focus on organic growth and copywriting.
• Proven track record of success with organic channels such as email, SMS, and social media.
• Experience working with consumer brands.
• A professional portfolio showcasing writing and creative craft.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
