Salary: $135K – $185K (USD) / CA$125K – CA$175K (CAD)

What you will do
- Overhaul CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy to move messaging from functional and direct to value-additive and relationship-driven.
- Define the company's personality and tone of voice across all organic surfaces in partnership with the CEO.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to build trust and drive long-tail conversion.
- Create organic content for social media and community platforms, such as Reddit, to build brand affinity.
- Act as an individual contributor, personally writing email campaigns and drafting in-app tooltips.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in creative marketing with a focus on organic growth and copywriting.
- Proven track record with organic channels like email, SMS, and social media for consumer brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality writing and creative craft.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
