TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Sales): Contribute to expanding the customer base through high-volume lead generation and sales strategies with an accent on qualifying prospects and proactive outreach. Focus on implementing prospecting campaigns, building rapport with prospects, and driving revenue growth via accurate tracking and collaboration.

Location: 100% remote anywhere in the US, following Remote Work Policy. Up to 10% travel required.

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 USD per year + commission + benefits

What you will do

  • Achieve annual sales quotas and activity metrics through lead qualification and handoff to sales team.
  • Implement high-volume outbound campaigns including calls, emails, social media, and market research to generate interest.
  • Build rapport with prospects, adapt tactics to market changes, and track activities in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, participate in meetings, and act as company ambassador.
  • Adhere to workflows, SLAs, and travel to events as needed.

Requirements

  • Located in the US for 100% remote work.
  • College coursework or certification in business/marketing, or equivalent experience; proven sales track record or industry experience in Fire/EMS/healthcare.
  • Strong lead generation knowledge, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Technical aptitude with MS Office, CRM (Salesforce/Hubspot), self-starter in fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving, time management, integrity, and enthusiasm for learning; up to 10% travel.
