What you will do

• Establish and maintain relationships with marketing decision-makers within targeted real estate sectors.
• Drive event sponsorship sales through in-depth prospecting research to source and confirm participants.
• Build a strong lead pipeline for senior sales teams using strategic phone and email outreach.
• Collaborate with the event production department to develop sponsor-friendly programs.
• Document all daily activities and track KPIs using Salesforce CRM.
• Brainstorm fresh and relevant topic ideas to adapt to current industry trends.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of sales experience.
• Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship (H1-B, etc.)
• Strong interest in commercial real estate, media, and digital marketing solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, and frequently changing sales environment.
