What you will do

  • Define and lead multi-channel, full-lifecycle marketing campaigns to increase demand and revenue across the North American football ecosystem.
  • Execute a comprehensive content roadmap to grow the brand and drive conversions among coaches and athletes.
  • Develop high-impact creative campaigns and identify specific channels where the football coaching audience is most active.
  • Foster community-driven advocacy and user-generated content to turn customers into active brand advocates.
  • Champion the use of AI to enhance content creation, segmentation, and personalized outreach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Brand teams to align product releases with market execution.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in the North American American Football ecosystem (NFL, NCAA, high school, and youth levels).
  • Comprehensive understanding of football schemes, terminology, and the specific needs of coaching staffs.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or a commercial role with a track record of driving revenue.
  • Professional background in B2B SaaS, including modern go-to-market approaches.
  • Ability to translate complex technical features into authentic communication that resonates with the football community.
  • Data-informed decision-making balanced with the ability to create compelling narratives.

  • Experience with sports technology, video analysis software, or recruiting platforms.
