TL;DR

Growth Marketing Manager (Edtech): Build and scale a predictable pipeline engine through integrated growth campaigns and channel experiments with an accent on demand generation, account-based marketing, and funnel optimization. Focus on driving qualified pipeline and revenue in close partnership with Sales, running performance tests, and providing data-driven insights.

Location: Hybrid in San Mateo, CA. Comfort with occasional domestic and international travel.

Salary: $140K–$155K OTE

What you will do

  • Run growth experiments across messaging, channels, landing pages, and offers to improve funnel performance.
  • Develop account-based marketing campaigns for high-priority accounts in partnership with Sales.
  • Drive pipeline through inbound acquisition via paid channels, content distribution, and conversion programs.
  • Align with Sales on campaign strategy, target segments, and follow-up processes.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, content, webinars, events, email, and partnerships.
  • Track performance tied to pipeline and revenue, analyze metrics, and guide future strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or pipeline-focused roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline metrics, conversion funnels, and marketing performance data.
  • Ability to partner closely with Sales and align to revenue goals.
  • Testing mindset with experience in experiments and campaign optimization.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
