What you will do

• Lead the Containers team in developing new features, tooling, and infrastructure for hirify.global Images.
• Design innovative services and features to enhance the core product value.
• Develop robust tools to scale the image build system.
• Own high-impact, deeply technical components of the stack as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with Product teams to validate new ideas and define long-term roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers and establish high standards for engineering quality across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience leading teams of at least 5 engineers.
• Expertise with containers, Docker, Kubernetes, and the broader ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Go for writing services and tools.
• Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for creating reusable modules.
• Proficiency in English and ability to work autonomously.

Nice to have

• Experience as an author or contributor to open-source projects.
