What you will do

• Lead technical initiatives to automate network engineering and guarantee the reliability of global infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain software, tooling, and automations to scale global platform infrastructure.
• Collaborate in an inclusive environment focused on operational excellence.
• Address complex customer concerns and prevent repeated impact through prioritized problem management.
• Participate in coding, technical design, and resilience improvements for distributed network services.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Software Engineering with success in delivering Cloud network solutions.
• Proficiency in Go and experience with managed Kubernetes services.
• Proven track record of leading and improving cross-team engineering initiatives.
• Professional skills in Linux system administration on distributed systems at scale.
• Experience with containerized services such as Docker.
• Must be located in one of the supported countries: Spain, Ireland, Israel, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, or UK

Nice to have

• Experience designing SaaS products using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Crossplane or Terraform.
• Experience building Kubernetes-at-scale infrastructure across multiple cloud providers.
• Experience diagnosing and implementing solutions using the hirify.global Stack.
• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
