What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery and adoption of AI solutions from post-POC rollout to expansion.
• Partner with Product Managers to create project plans and drive execution at scale.
• Orchestrate alignment across customer business, IT, and data teams.
• Define, track, and measure success metrics like adoption, usage, and business impact.
• Lead enablement, training, and operationalization of AI solutions.
• Coordinate internal teams to maintain project velocity and scope.
• Identify new use cases and provide feedback to shape product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years in enterprise roles like Program Manager, Engagement Manager, Enterprise CSM, Implementation Lead, or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects, ideally with AI, data, or SaaS platforms.
• Strong project management, execution, and business-technical fluency skills.
• Excellent English communication and relationship-building skills.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

• AI, automation, or data-driven transformation experience.
• PMO certification or structured PM background.
• Work with LLM or GenAI products.
• Technical fluency in APIs or data workflows.
• Consulting experience.
• Hebrew language skills.
