What you will do

• Lead discovery conversations with prospective lending customers to uncover workflow pain and identify automation opportunities.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations specific to lending use cases from application to close.
• Drive post-sale adoption by embedding with customer teams and training users on best practices, governance, and team structure.
• Act as a commercial partner across account bases to identify expansion opportunities and surface renewal risks.
• Serve as a feedback loop for the product team, translating field observations into actionable product insights.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in lending operations, mortgage technology, or financial services in customer-facing roles.
• Deep fluency in lending vocabulary, including LOS workflows, application intake, and QC processes.
• Proven ability to run structured discovery and translate findings into compelling solution narratives.
• Experience demoing software or technology solutions to financial services audiences.
• Strong executive presence for engaging both operational staff and C-suite stakeholders.
