What you will do

• Lead strategic partnerships with client campus teams to define and execute engagement strategies.
• Plan and optimize participation in major conferences such as NSBE, SWE, SHPE, and SASE.
• Establish long-term relationships with identified universities and academic programs.
• Develop a sustainable pipeline for entry-level roles and internships within the client's business.
• Promote the client as an employer of choice through effective communication of the value proposition.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a team of campus liaisons and coordinators.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience in campus recruiting and managing university partnerships.
• Proven ability in high-touch candidate and university relationship management.
• Subject matter expertise in early talent development and sustainable strategy building.
• Ability to track and present university and internship metrics to executive teams.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of coordinators.
