What you will do

• Own the CEO recruiting process, scaling output from 2 to 100+ companies per month.
• Leverage AI to build scalable talent pipelines and automate workflows from ATS to onboarding.
• Develop recruiting platform processes, including interview guides and offer approval systems.
• Manage external search firm relationships to support early growth.
• Advise new portfolio companies on their first-hire strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven track record of closing senior leadership hires at startups or venture-backed firms.
• Deep network within the venture ecosystem.
• Strong ability to evaluate founder competencies and founder-company fit.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments; VC or startup studio experience is a plus.
