What you will do
- Develop and implement full recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance.
- Partner with business to align talent acquisition with priorities and draft job descriptions.
- Identify recruiting strategies, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Prepare offers, recommend salary ranges and incentives.
- Maintain records in JazzHR ATS and contribute to employer branding.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws and attend US college job fairs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years managing full recruitment process
- Proactive self-starter with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to create sourcing strategies for various roles
- Proficiency with ATS like JazzHR and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent time management to meet deadlines
