What you will do

• Develop and implement full recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with business to align talent acquisition with priorities and draft job descriptions.
• Identify recruiting strategies, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Prepare offers, recommend salary ranges and incentives.
• Maintain records in JazzHR ATS and contribute to employer branding.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws and attend US college job fairs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years managing full recruitment process
• Proactive self-starter with strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to create sourcing strategies for various roles
• Proficiency with ATS like JazzHR and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent time management to meet deadlines
