What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 4–6 live roles end-to-end, from intake and search strategy to assessment and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers across multiple functions, including Engineering, Product, and Finance.
• Conduct structured intake sessions to transform briefs into sharp, effective search strategies.
• Drive a candidate experience characterized by speed, honesty, and transparent communication.
• Continuously calibrate searches with hiring managers and adapt strategies based on market insights.
• Independently handle offer negotiations and closing, navigating counter-offers to maintain a high hiring bar.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house technical or GTM recruiting experience at a high-growth company.
• Proven track record of managing senior-level searches independently from end to end.
• Ability to quickly master new hiring domains and functional areas.
• Strong judgment and the ability to articulate candidate fit based on objective criteria.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to handle a high-volume workload.
• Must be able to work as a remote contractor.
