What you will do

• Lead the Brazil Talent Acquisition function end-to-end, from workforce planning to full-cycle recruitment.
• Own regional recruiting processes, ensuring alignment with the global Talent Acquisition framework.
• Partner with business leaders to provide data-driven insights and strategic hiring recommendations.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement and scalability in the Brazil hiring landscape.
• Develop and interpret dashboards and KPIs to inform leadership decisions.
• Drive local employer branding efforts using tools like Canva to elevate market presence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a global organization.
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions; U.S. market experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Portuguese and English with excellent communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of the Brazilian talent market, sourcing strategies, and local employment trends.
• Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS tools.
• Must be based in Brazil.
