TL;DR
Talent Sourcer (HR/Recruiting): Identifying and engaging exceptional passive candidates across engineering, product, sales, and support functions for the EMEA region with an accent on building diverse talent pipelines. Focus on utilizing advanced sourcing tools, crafting personalized outreach, and analyzing pipeline metrics to optimize candidate conversion.
Location: Onsite in London, UK (5 days a week)

What you will do
- Partner with EMEA recruiters and hiring managers to execute targeted sourcing strategies for engineering, product, sales, and support roles.
- Proactively identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and other talent intelligence tools.
- Build and maintain warm talent pipelines for critical recurring roles to ensure a steady candidate flow.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit, interest, and availability.
- Track and report on sourcing metrics such as response rates and pipeline conversion to improve effectiveness.
- Contribute to employer branding through personalized outreach across diverse EMEA markets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
- Experience supporting EMEA hiring across multiple countries and functions.
- Expertise in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Lusha, Apollo, and GitHub.
- Strong written communication skills for engaging passive candidates with personalized outreach.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze pipeline metrics and pivot strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.
