What you will do

• Act as a senior HR advisor to SLT-2/3 leaders to shape and execute HR strategies and workforce planning.
• Design and deliver global performance, succession, and career development strategies in collaboration with Centers of Excellence.
• Lead organizational and talent reviews to identify gaps and manage global talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Manage core HR processes including grading, compensation planning, and job architecture.
• Utilize business data and insights to inform people-related decisions and long-term organizational strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience leading core HR processes.
• Experience supporting and coaching senior leaders within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Global or enterprise HR experience within a matrixed organization.
• Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving talent retention strategies.
