What you will do

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align staffing, recruiting, and retention strategies with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement HR policies, training initiatives, and surveys to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
• Oversee HR programs, including leaves, disciplinary matters, performance management, and talent development.
• Monitor compensation and recruiting trends within the life sciences industry to maintain competitiveness.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Analyze organizational trends and metrics using human capital management systems.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Thorough knowledge of US employment-related laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or psychology.
• SHRM Certification.
