What you will do
- Plan, organize, and execute recruiting, placement, hiring, orientation, and onboarding for the plant.
- Monitor employee engagement, partner with plant leadership to implement retention programs and drive high-performance culture.
- Manage HR metrics, communications strategy, performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, leave of absence (FMLA, STD, LTD), and labor cost planning.
- Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, policies, and best practices while leading change initiatives.
- Build organizational capabilities and advocate for employees aligned with business results.
Requirements
- Must be located in or able to work onsite at Claremont, NC plant
- BS/BA in HR or related field; PHR/SPHR preferred
- 4+ years HR business partner experience in manufacturing or high-performance environment
- Proven success in talent management, employee relations, and compliance with US federal/state employment laws
- Strong analytical, communication, and change leadership skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of HR data management software and administrative processes
