What you will do
- Act as trusted advisor to leaders in Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations, providing coaching and insights for high performance.
- Build and execute people strategies to enhance team performance, engagement, and growth.
- Design, implement, and optimize programs for performance, development, engagement, and career progression.
- Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other teams for alignment and excellence.
- Lead change management, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent movement.
- Use analytics and insights to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and measure impact.
- Deliver training, coaching, and tools to build leadership capability and foster continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; CHRP designation is a plus.
- 4+ years in people business partnership or advisory role, collaborating with leadership across functions.
- Strong understanding of HR legislation, labor standards, talent/performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Proven ability to develop and implement people programs for client success, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
- Demonstrated project and change management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- High discretion with confidential information and excellent English communication skills; French is a plus.
