What you will do

• Develop and execute global category strategies to optimize the supplier base and drive material savings through negotiation and localization.
• Manage supplier performance focusing on continuous improvement of cost, lead-time, MOQ, and quality.
• Lead and organize a professional global procurement team, ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient processes.
• Collaborate with New Product Development and Project Management to ensure supply chain readiness for future demand.
• Negotiate and sign contracts with key suppliers to protect business interests and mitigate risks.
• Support plants in expediting materials to fulfill customer orders and grow revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
• Procurement experience specifically within the automotive industry.
• Proven expertise in global supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
• Strong category management experience, specifically with PCBA.
• Direct report management skills and experience leading teams across different cultures.
• Analytical skills with a strong sense of urgency and customer focus.
