What you will do

• Own end-to-end procurement workflow: intake, vendor selection, negotiation, compliance, contract execution, and repository management using Coupa and Productiv.
• Lead commercial negotiations on SaaS, cloud, hardware, and facilities contracts, driving cost savings via consolidation and restructuring.
• Manage proactive renewal calendar and vendor relationships, escalating risks to Finance and Legal.
• Serve as primary interface for department heads, guiding vendor selection and compliance.
• Produce spend intelligence reporting on vendor spend, renewals, and savings opportunities.
• Audit workflows, adopt AI/automation tools, and enforce procurement policy.

Requirements

• 5+ years procurement experience in SaaS/technology company
• Track record leading/closing SaaS, cloud, services negotiations
• Experience with full compliance stack: IT security, legal, finance approvals
• Hands-on with spend management platforms (Coupa/Productiv plus)
• Proven vendor consolidation and cost savings results
• Strong communication for negotiations and leadership reporting
• Comfortable working independently owning outcomes
